    This application provides a digital representation of Universal Robots in operation. Once registered, the user can connect a UR robot to the web application and get a 360-degree view of the robot’s performance with real-time monitoring, analysis, and diagnosis tools.

    Insights’s rich data set and analytics allow manufacturers to continuously improve productivity and quality while reducing the level of supervision required during operation.

      What You Will Need to Connect Insights

      • Preconfigured 4G LTE/Wi-Fi router and antennas
      • Power supply & 24V stripped power cables
      • One (1) month of data on a prepaid international SIM card
      • Ethernet cable
      • USB key

      Steps to Connect Insights:

      • Connect your Universal Robot to Insights in minutes using the Insights Starter Kit
      • Select how you want to connect: SIM card, Wi-Fi or Ethernet cable
      • Plug and configure the IIOT device
      • Download the URCap and follow the easy connection wizard
